The basics of working with us.
Estimates
Estimates are provided free of charge after an in-person assessment of the work, and are valid for the period noted on the estimate. Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes or unforeseen conditions are discovered.
Scheduling
We'll do our best to meet scheduled appointment times. Weather, material availability, and prior jobs may occasionally require rescheduling — we'll always keep you informed.
Payment
Invoices are due as stated on the invoice. We accept secure online payment via Stripe. Deposits may be required for larger projects.
Workmanship
We stand behind our work. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll make it right.
